The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents: It’s Your Time to Rise and Shine

At the end of November 2020, I was searching for a way to improve my morning routine and I came across The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents by Hal Elrod. Whether you are a parent, college student, salesperson, real estate agent, or just looking to transform your life, there is a Miracle Morning book for you. Without sharing too much of what this type of book offers, it has transformed the time I spend on my personal growth between 5:30 am and 8:30 am.

Over the past 38 days, I have practiced S.A.V.E.R.S. which stands for Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing. The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents walks readers through a real-life example of a high performer who lost his way. Through the book, you get a better sense of how S.A.V.E.R.S. done first thing in the AM can make your days more productive and your goals a reality. If you are looking for a change in your morning routine, I highly recommend reading or listening to the Miracle Morning book that fits your need. Listed below is an overview of how I use S.A.V.E.R.S. every morning between 5:30 am – 8:30 am.

McKinsey Alston’s Morning Routine (S.A.V.E.R.S.)

Silence – 3 minutes of controlled breathing

Affirmation – Recite 4 commitment statements out loud attached to my goals & review self-confidence affirmations from Miracle Morning

Visualization – Review vision board & imagine what it will feel like when I succeed

Exercise – Boxing, running, or weightlifting

Reading – Bible, virtual bible study with network/family, and daily passage from The Daily Book of Positive Quotations

Scribing – Deep reflection on what I read from the reading section and how it applies to my everyday life
